Golden Age
We often refer to a time in the past of prosperity, peace and happiness as being the Golden age. A beautiful, endless spring in which the fruits of the earth are abundant. I like to dedicate this piece to our warmest and brightest days, and what lies ahead of us. Although a Golden Age is always in the past, our actions will make way for a new era of harmony and peace.

Species in this work
Every collage is built from my own photographs of real plants and animals. Here they are, named the way a naturalist would: common name, scientific name with its author, and the branch of the tree of life they grow on.

Classification follows the GBIF Backbone, the IOC World Bird List and APG IV. Where a photograph only allows identification to genus or family, the name stops there.
