Dancing on the Ceiling

My artwork Heaven and Earth takes on a new dimension in the latest episode of Weer Verliefd op je Huis, the Dutch home makeover series by vtwonen.

For this project, I was commissioned by interior stylist Marianne Luning to create a custom version of the artwork for the kitchen of a home in Maarssen. Applied as seamless wallpaper within a recessed ceiling panel, the floral composition transforms the dining area into an unexpected focal point.

Surrounded by indirect lighting, the artwork brings a sense of lightness and wonder to the space, balancing the interior’s elegant materials with its bolder, more industrial elements.

A little piece of heaven, right above the dinner table.
