Privacy

This is a small portfolio website. I collect as little as possible, and nothing is tracked unless you agree. Below is exactly what happens with your data.

Who is responsible

Studio Jesper Krijgsman, Oude Braak 19C, 1012 PS Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 88228339, VAT NL004588184B93. For any question about your data, use “Send an email” at the bottom of each page.

When you contact me

If you fill in the project form or send an email, I receive what you enter: your name, email address, and the details of your project such as type, budget, timeline and message. I use this only to reply and, if we work together, to carry out the assignment. Form submissions are stored by Webflow, the company that hosts this site, and forwarded to my inbox.

I keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact. Invoices and related records are kept for seven years, as Dutch tax law requires.

Analytics and cookies

I use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited. It only loads after you choose “Fine by me” in the cookie notice. If you choose “No thanks”, or make no choice, nothing is sent to Google and no analytics cookies are placed.

When you agree, Google places cookies (named _ga) that last up to two years and measure visits in aggregate. I do not use them for advertising. Your choice itself is remembered in your browser so the notice does not return on every page. You can change it at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page.

Hosting, video and links

The site is hosted by Webflow, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages. Films on this site are hosted by Vimeo; when a page shows a film or you play one, your browser connects to Vimeo. Links to shops such as LUMAS and Werk aan de Muur take you to their websites, where their own privacy policies apply.

Your rights

You can ask me what data I hold about you, and to correct or delete it. You can also withdraw consent for analytics at any time. Send an email and I will respond within a month. If you are not satisfied with how I handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
